I believe that understanding our feelings is like a superpower.  It is the superpower that helps connect you to your capital S Self. 

In sessions, I encourage clients to get curious about their feelings.

Curiosity is your path to self-niceness (did I make up that word?) and a general nicer self.

Curiosity starts with asking yourself questions freely, without judgement. 

Like anything else, it is a practice. 

Is today a good day for curiosity?  Yea

Change can feel gargantuan and paralyzing, and so we avoid it and stay in sameness.

In more figurative terms, Choice Points are opportunities for us to choose behavior that move us toward or away from our values.

It a reminder for me to be curious about the feeling of irritation and anxiousness I’ve had the past couple of weeks.

Some of my favorite moments with clients are the ones where we laugh together. 

Today has been one of those days where I’ve laughed 
with clients, and I can feel it in my body.  I feel lightness and joy in my heart.
